The Pediatric Dose Calculator app
The Android app calculates children’s medicine doses from body weight, or estimates weight from age using WHO growth charts. It covers more than 50 medicines in syrup, suspension and suppository form, and warns when a medicine isn’t recommended for a child’s age.
The app is designed for healthcare professionals as a calculation aid. Parents should use it alongside their child’s doctor and pharmacist.
